The spaceFIRST FLOOR
• The first floor offers a spacious open floor plan with a family room and shuffleboard area that opens onto an enclosed veranda. There you'll find a wicker dining table and chairs, perfect to enjoy the cool coastal breezes of Florida.
(TIP: It's the perfect place to enjoy a card game with friends! Cards can be found in the TV Console)
• The living area also features a new queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded gel foam mattress for those extra guests in your group. This room is newly furnished with side tables, cocktail table, entertainment center, and art work!
• The open floor plan takes you from the family room to the dining area. Our full-size table has 6 chairs, a dining bench, and additional counter seating for 2.
• Just off the dining area, you'll find a large kitchen offering upscale appliances and furnishings, with ample storage for your supplies. We offer both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and all your favorite small appliances.
JUST ADDED IN 2022...Brand new Samsung Dishwasher, Stove/Oven and Microwave!
•Just past the kitchen you'll find a half-bath and large laundry room equipped with a Samsung washer and dryer (NEW in 2022).
The laundry room is stocked with complimentary beach/pool towels and household supplies. Here you'll also find a drying rack, Iron/Board, vacuum, broom...everything you might need during your stay!
• The rear door is located right off the kitchen/dining area and leads to a private outdoor patio where you'll find a 3-burner Weber grill and Adirondack patio seating.
SECOND FLOOR
✸ All bedrooms are located on the second floor and each one features a Smart TV, ceiling fan, and extra blankets and pillows for your comfort.
=> The spacious KING bedroom suite opens onto an enclosed veranda where you can relax at your own bistro table. In the corner of the room you'll find a desk for your remote working obligations. The private bathroom was fully renovated in 2023 and features a large shower with ample space to get ready.
=> The second bedroom is tucked away on the west side of the house and has a QUEEN bed, side tables, dresser, and closet, It also has a private entrance to the full hall bathroom, which was fully renovated in 2023. With a south-facing window, we've added blackout curtains for our late sleepers!
=> The third bedroom is also located on the west side of the house and is furnished with a Queen bed, nightstands, dresser, and closet.
=> The fourth "bedroom" is an open loft area that features TWIN Bunk Beds, TV, and dresser. This area opens onto the enclosed veranda and is just outside the king bedroom.
OUTDOOR AREA
Outside you'll find a 3-burner Weber Grill and patio seating off the driveway. This area faces south and is located under the shady palm trees that surround our house.
With no rear neighbors, this private patio offers a quiet outdoor space for enjoying the Florida sunshine and cool breezes.

We offer a complimentary reserved beach setup of 2 chairs and an umbrella, provided by La Dolce Vita (Seasonal). We also provide a wagon for your short walk to the community pools or our beautiful Miramar Beach. You'll also find a rolling cooler, extra beach chairs, and beach towels available for your use.
Enjoy any of our family-friendly board games or walk around the corner for a game of basketball or tennis. (rackets and balls can be found in the laundry room)

SEASONAL WRISTBAND POLICY: Upon your arrival at Coastal Breeze Retreat, you will need to obtain wrist bands from the Emerald Shores community in order to access the resort amenities, including the private beach.
There is a $30 cost per stay that covers everyone in your group. Instructions on how to obtain your wrist bands will be provided after your reservation is made.
